You’ll be able to have monthly scheduled video calls that provide:

• Relational and emotional support (connection with a pastor)
• Strategic ministry and life coaching 
• Help problem-solving (situational, staffing, structure, planning, etc.)
• Support and accountability in reaching personal and ministry goals 
• Support and counsel for crisis management 
• Idea creation and cultivation 
• Plus, we’ll always be ‘on-call’ for unscheduled communication or help

You’ll also be able to take part annually in:

• A site visit (weekend or ministry feedback, staff training, leadership and elder team development)
• Additional Cost = travel and lodging for two
